Exchange and return terms and policies:
1- If the customer receives an incomplete, damaged, or wrong product in the order, the first and most appropriate option is to return the amount to the customer, or send a replacement if available (with the return of the product that arrived incorrectly).
2- If a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an incorrect condition, the “Bit Lover” store will bear all shipping and replacement costs. If the customer refuses to receive the order or wants to exchange or return for any other reason, the “Bit Lover” store will not be responsible for Louver" will cover any shipping costs incurred, including orders that are eligible for free shipping.
3- If the customer receives a free balance or a free shopping voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash amounts.

5- If the customer purchased the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, he will be compensated by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card with which the purchase was made, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service. .
(Also, electronic payment costs are deducted from the customer: 3 riyals for each payment + 2% of the total amount). For example, if the customer wants to cancel his order worth 200 riyals, 3 riyals + 4 riyals = 7 riyals will be deducted.
6- Special offers: If there is a special offer for part of the order or the entire order and the customer wishes to return a specific product, all the products related to the offer must be returned. If the offer is for the entire order, the entire order must be returned, with the customer bearing the cost of shipping or delivery and payment fees. Email, if available.
7- If the returned or canceled order has a reduction in shipping fees, the basic shipping cost will be deducted, not the reduced price.
8- Pet clothes:
Clothes, cloth and cotton products, scratchers, and collars are not exchanged or returned to keep your pet safe.
9- Your approval to purchase means explicit agreement to all store policies.
